Customized Interior Services

Most Arjun Interior projects involve customized services, designs, measurements, materials and furniture made according to a customer's specific requirements.

Cancellation Before Project Confirmation

If you wish to cancel your project before work or procurement begins, please contact us as soon as possible.

Any refund will depend on:

• Amount already paid
• Work already completed
• Design work already performed
• Materials already purchased
• Materials already customized
• Third-party charges
• Site visits
• Administrative expenses
• Cancellation terms agreed in the quotation or project agreement

Any applicable refund will be calculated after deducting legitimate costs already incurred for the project.

Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once design, procurement, manufacturing, installation or other project execution has started, cancellation may not result in a full refund.

We may deduct applicable costs relating to:

• Design work
• Site measurements
• Consultation
• Material procurement
• Custom manufacturing
• Labour
• Transportation
• Installation
• Completed work
• Third-party services
• Other reasonable project expenses

The exact cancellation and refund terms applicable to your project will depend on the written project agreement.

Custom-Made Products

Custom-made products such as wardrobes, kitchens, furniture and TV units are designed and manufactured according to customer-approved dimensions and specifications.

Once manufacturing or customization has started, cancellation or return may not be possible unless:

• The product is defective.
• The wrong product was supplied.
• The product materially differs from the approved specifications.
• A return/refund is otherwise required under applicable law or the project agreement.

Defective or Incorrect Work

If you believe that an item or service has a genuine defect or does not conform to the agreed specifications, please contact us promptly.

Please provide:

• Your name
• Project details
• Invoice or order details
• Description of the issue
• Photographs or videos where relevant

We may inspect the issue before determining the appropriate resolution.

The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature of the issue and the applicable project terms and law.

Damage During Installation or Delivery

If an item is damaged during transportation or installation under our responsibility, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may inspect the item and determine an appropriate solution based on the circumstances.

Customer-Caused Damage

A return, replacement or free rectification may not apply where damage results from:

• Improper use
• Negligence
• Unauthorized modifications
• Accidental damage
• Water leakage
• Structural issues
• Electrical issues outside our scope
• Normal wear and tear
• Failure to follow maintenance instructions
• Damage caused by third parties

The final determination will depend on the facts and applicable project agreement.

Design Changes

Customers may request design changes during a project.

However, changes after approval may result in:

• Additional costs
• Material wastage
• Rework charges
• Revised timelines
• Additional labour
• Changes to the project schedule

Material Selection

Once materials have been selected and procured according to customer approval, cancellation or replacement may be subject to supplier policies and actual costs incurred.

If a customer requests a different material after procurement, additional costs may apply.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the original or an agreed payment method, subject to applicable payment processing requirements.

The actual time taken for the refund may depend on:

• Bank processing
• Payment gateway processing
• Supplier adjustments
• Project reconciliation
• Completion of required documentation

No Cash Refund Unless Agreed

Unless otherwise required by law or specifically agreed in writing, refunds will generally be processed through an appropriate traceable payment method rather than an informal cash arrangement.

Non-Refundable Costs

Where applicable, amounts already spent on services or project components may not be refundable.

The applicable project quotation or agreement will specify such charges wherever relevant.

Project-Specific Terms

Interior projects can differ significantly in scope, materials, payment schedules and execution requirements.

Therefore, a signed quotation, work order, invoice or project agreement may contain specific cancellation, refund, warranty and payment terms.
