Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs, layouts, drawings, colour selections, finishes, materials and other specifications presented for their project.

Once a design, material or specification has been approved and production or execution has started, changes may involve additional costs and/or delays.

Custom-made items may not be suitable for cancellation or modification after production has commenced, subject to the applicable project agreement and law.

Measurements & Site Conditions

Interior work often depends on actual site conditions.

Measurements may be affected by:

• Existing structures
• Walls
• Flooring
• Plumbing
• Electrical points
• Uneven surfaces
• Structural conditions
• Concealed services
• Building rules
• Access restrictions

The final design or execution may therefore require reasonable adjustments based on actual site conditions.

Materials & Finishes

Materials are selected according to the project specifications and customer approvals.

Natural materials, wood-based materials, laminates, stones, fabrics, paints and other finishes may have natural or manufacturing variations.

Minor variations may occur and do not automatically constitute a defect.

Project Timeline

We aim to complete projects within the estimated timeline agreed with the customer.

However, project schedules may be affected by circumstances such as:

• Customer-requested changes
• Delayed approvals
• Material availability
• Building permissions
• Site access
• Civil work
• Unexpected site conditions
• Delays caused by third parties
• Force majeure events

Where delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the relevant information to the customer.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

• Provide accurate project information
• Provide reasonable site access
• Provide timely approvals
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Inform us about building/society restrictions
• Provide required permissions where applicable
• Avoid unauthorized changes to ongoing work
• Communicate design changes as early as possible

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be communicated in the quotation, invoice, work order or project agreement.

Customers must make payments according to the agreed schedule.

Failure to make payments on time may result in:

• Suspension of work
• Rescheduling
• Material procurement delays
• Additional storage or coordination costs where applicable
• Changes to the project timeline

Any specific payment schedule agreed in writing for a project will take priority over general website information.

Additional Work

Any work outside the original agreed scope may be treated as additional work.

Additional charges will apply where applicable.

Intellectual Property
